Measuring your Photos within Picasa web with Google Analytics

Finally… that took them a long time, but now you can see your photostats from Picasa web within your Google Analytics.

If you would like to set it up, please go to your Settings page, General tab and enter your Google Analytics UA code…

Within a few days you should see your photostats as visits within Google Analytics..

Beautiful Castle in Olsene,

We went for a little ride the other day and found on our way this beautiful castle in Olsene, Belgium.

It was a beautiful evening with the summer sun shining straight on the castle.

What surprised me, after doing some research, is that Belgium has actually one of the highest rates of Castles on a Square Meter in Europe..
I can’t imagine myself why, because for example this castle in Olsene has been build in 1850 or something, so it was surely not during the golden ages from the country.

I’ll try to get some more information about it and I’m still looking forward to visit the Castle close to Sint Martens Latem, let’s see if we can visit that one before the end of the Summer.

Way to Work – Through the South of Zeeland

Since I’m at the moment for a week in Zeeland, the south of Holland I’m going to work by car and it takes me on other ways.

Of course this is always great and I wanted to show a few details from this way and I hope you guys are enjoying it.

A large part of my route is now alongside a Canal, the Sas van Ghent canal. This canal is going from the Westerschelde sea towards Ghent, the city in Belgium.

Alongside this canal you’ll see for about 75% factories, heavy industries and transport boats. But the other 25% makes the trip actually quite worth it, specially on a beautiful day in the summer. Normally I pass by quite early in the morning so you the nature is still waking up and the air is fresh.

Expect in the near future more photos from this route and enjoy these photographs to start with
